Gordo and his mascot friends, TPL's Dewey Decimal mascot and Toronto Zoo's Explorer Bear, met with children before the announcement.
Gordo the ROM’s dino mascot, Toronto Public Library’s Dewey Decimal mascot and Toronto Zoo’s Explorer Bear were at the Malvern Library on March 23 making an announcement about the expansion of the very popular Sun Life Financial Museum + Arts Pass Program (MAP).
The Toronto Zoo has become a MAP partner, joining other Toronto attractions that are already part of the Sun Life Financial Museum + Arts Pass program. MAP is available at 32 Toronto Public Library branches, providing full admission for two adults and up to five children (admission restrictions vary by venue) to the Art Gallery of Ontario, Bata Shoe Museum, Black Creek Pioneer Village, Casa Loma, City of Toronto Historic Museums (comprising eight museums, houses, and historic sites), Gardiner Museum, Museum of Inuit Art, Ontario Science Centre, the Textile Museum of Canada, and the Royal Ontario Museum.
